Peoples Gas received the second-highest Brand Trust Index score in the Midwest among natural gas service-only utilities.
In addition to its strong customer service and community support, Peoples Gas received the Most Trusted Utility Brand honor due to its communications effectiveness, reliable quality, environmental dedication and company reputation.
The Most Trusted Brand recognition is based on Escalent’s Utility Trusted Brand & Customer Engagement: Residential survey. The study tracks the performance of 141 gas, electric and combination utilities to identify brand and customer experience opportunities and trends in the industry.
